Various schools within the university are supervised by a Dean, with whom individual faculty work to recommend, validate and supervise Ph.D. or Masters degree plan development and fulfillment. Faculty are assigned as needed to fill the roles of mentors and independent study course evaluators. More over, they assist graduate degree candidates who wish help with research and dissertation projects.
